Maintain continuous dialog with project sponsor and stakeholders.

Throughout the course of the project, regularly scheduled meetings provide a forum to communicate status, and manage change. Anticipated changes to project scope, time, costs, or any critical success factors are formally documented. Change request forms explain the change, exhibit the specific impacts, and require client approval. This ensures a high level of awareness, minimizing misunderstandings.
